WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
You are eligible for a Senior Health Assessment if you:
- Are aged 75 years or over
- Live in a community setting (not in residential care)
- Are a regular patient of Ayr Medical Group

What to Expect During Your Assessment
Your assessment will be conducted by our experienced Practice Nurse in a comfortable, unhurried environment.
The appointment typically takes 30-60 minutes, giving us plenty of time to thoroughly evaluate your health and discuss any concerns you may have.
