Standard Consultation PRIVATE FEE Appts (these are generally much sooner)  please call Reception for details 47839100  or simply select Standard consultation private fee online.  Private appts have an out of pocket gap of approximately $40.  Credit card details will not be retained and Medicare will refund the rebate amount for the item number charged into your nominated bank account. 

 If you or a family member feel unwell with flu-like symptoms, shortness of breath/breathing difficulties PLEASE CALL US  BEFORE PRESENTING TO THE CLINIC.

Our Mission Statement

HOURS
Monday–Friday        8.00am–5.15pm
Saturday Mornings   8.00am–11.00am

AFTER-HOURS
There is a doctor ‘on call’ for Urgent Medical Care. Minimum call out fee is $200. Please ring 4783 9100 for a message telling you how to contact the doctor. The Doctors no longer provide services at the Ayr Hospital.  Assistance after hours can also be accessed via the after hours GP helpline by phoning 1800 022 222. 

APPOINTMENTS
All consultations, other than emergencies, are by appointment.
Routine appointments are encouraged to be made in advance for doctors where possible.  The doctors do not have set schedules and will periodically let administration staff know when they will be available at our clinic.     Once all routine appointments are filled, urgent cases will be referred to the Nurses for assessment.

BULK BILLING APPOINTMENTS (for medicare rebateable services weekday) are available for all Patients, however a bulk billing appointment may not be available for the Doctor or time of your choice. Please phone our receptionists for information about the availability of Bulk Billing appointments.

All fees and booking schedules are at each doctor’s discretion.

Credit Card facilities are available for non bulk billed services.
